Our Covid Policies
The Hibernia is welcoming events back to the venue and doing so in a way that’s safe for guests, employees, vendors, and all event personnel in accordance with guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of California, and the City and County of San Francisco. We recognize that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. You will be visiting at your own risk and should use your judgment as to whether you are comfortable being in a space with other guests.
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR NEGATIVE TEST WITHIN THE LAST 72 hours and photo ID is required for all visitors ages 12+.
- Masks are required indoors.
- All event spaces and restrooms are disinfected frequently.
- Sanitizing stations are provided throughout the event space.
- 100% fresh air is filtered through our HVAC (MERV 14) filtration system.
- If desired, windows in the Main Hall may be opened with advance notice to increase airflow.
- All Hibernia staff is vaccinated.
